This crossfit workout consists by 20 training types, we can make them at home, but the graduated working is very important. When a step is working well, we can start with the next step, but only in this situation. The 16th step is named Poor man’s Seven, we have to make 7 rounds for time of 7 handstand pushups, 7 squats, 7 pull ups, 7 burpees, 7 pushups, 7 sit-ups and 7 knees to elbows. The next step is named Angie for time, here we have to complete in order 100 pullups, 100 pushups, 100 sit-ups, and 100 squats.
Those, who became professional in CrossFit at home and can make easily the first 11 exercises, can begin the 12th step. This consists in 20 minutes of AMRAP 5 handstand push-ups and 10 pistols (or single-led squats). Of course, the next step is harder, now we have to make 50 sit-ups, 50 double-unders, 50 sit-ups, 50 walking lunges, 50 burpees and 50 sit-ups again. This is a really heavy, straining exercise-serial, so we have to pay attention on it for our health. Those, who have question marks about the previous exercises, don’t try it unless they can make them easily.
Not everybody have time or money for box/gym training, so many people have to train at home, but is really simple to make CrossFit at home. The fourth step is to run half mile and make 20 burpees, we have to make 3 rounds of this. Those, who can make easily the first four steps, can try the 5th, to make 4 rounds of 20 burpees, 20 pushups, 20 sit ups and 20 squats.
